If you accepted a request and it is still Pending in the Your Cover > I’m Covering tab you are able to cancel the request by expanding the request and clicking ‘cancel cover request’.
However, if you have already been confirmed to cover the class, you must contact us immediately at stuff@coverninja.co.ukwith the subject line: Cancel Cover Request, explaining why you need to cancel. Please be aware, that except for emergency situations, cancelling a confirmed class cover will negatively impact your Cover Ninja profile and rating and could result in your account temporarily being deactivated.
