If a cover is still Pending, you are able to cancel the request by expanding the request and clicking ‘cancel cover request’.
However, if a cover instructor has already been confirmed for your class, please contact them immediately to let them know that they will not be covering. You must also contact us at stuff@coverninja.co.uk with the subject line: Cancel Cover Request, so that we are able to cancel the request on the app and it will be removed from your dashboard.
