If you posted a request and it is still Pending in the Your Cover > Cover I Need tab you are able to cancel the request by expanding the request and clicking ‘cancel cover request’.
However, if a cover instructor has already been confirmed for your class, you must contact us immediately at stuff@coverninja.co.ukwith the subject line: Cancel Cover Request, explaining why you need to cancel. Please be aware, that except for emergency situations, cancelling a confirmed class cover will negatively impact your Cover Ninja profile and rating and could result in your account being temporarily deactivated.
